You determine the pace in which you take this course. Typically, it would take a week to complete each of the 6 modules, including the assignment(s) in it. Building a new habit (done in the 6th module) will take 90 days.
If you work in an organization, whether for-profit or non-profit, large or small, and feel you want to be more trusted by your peers, your boss, your employees, or others in the organization, this course is for you. You don't need to have any prior knowledge, and there are no prerequisites to taking this course.
Great question! You are here because you want to be more trusted at work. This means that you are not feeling as trusted as you should be. This course will first help you identify one thing that is holding you back from being more trusted. For every person, this could be something else. Once you identified that one thing, this course will help you find what to do about it, and how to build a new habit that will make you more trusted. This course focuses on one relationship at the time, but often what holds you back from being trusted in one relationship also holds you back from being trusted in other relationships, too.
Research showed that in high-trust organizations, people are 74% less stressed, 76% more engaged, and experience 106% more energy, 29% higher job satisfaction, and 40% less burnout. High trust companies are 64% more productive and innovative, experience 13% fewer sick days, and deliver 286% more to their shareholders.
